Trillium Capital Resources has opened an office in the EverBank Center in Downtown Jacksonville. The move is part of the company’s plans to expand into other Florida markets.

President Scott Taccati said the company chose Jacksonville for the positive business climate that allow businesses to “grow and prosper.”

Brent Shryock, vice president of business development, will lead TCRs new Florida division.

“I am excited to bring over a decade of business development and marketing experience to Trillium Capital Resources,” Shryock said. “Coupled with Trillium’s stellar reputation and my experience and desire to fulfill our client’s lending needs we have the winning combination for which we constantly strive.”

Trillium Capital Resources is a direct correspondent lender with a focus on commercial real estate financing transactions.
