Kevin Doyle

Kevin Doyle is the Managing Partner for Wexford Strategies and EVP for HBW Resources, the parent firm for Wexford's government affairs practice. His professional experience includes federal, state, local and international levels of government and politics having worked for U.S. Senators Mel Martinez as his State Director and Connie Mack as his Deputy Staff / Administrative Director for the Joint Economic Committee, the White House, U.S. Secretary of Labor, the Florida House of Representatives and on political campaigns in the U.S., England and New Zealand.
Kevin recently served under Governors Ron DeSantis and Rick Scott as the Chairman on the Board of Directors for CareerSource Florida, the state's workforce development system. He currently serves as the Chairman of CareerSource Northeast Florida - the Northeast Florida regional workforce system. Kevin is also the Vice President of State Affairs for Consumer Energy Alliance of Florida.
He has a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of North Florida and studied abroad in Moscow, Russia and Madrid, Spain.
Ben Tilney

Ben Tilney is a Partner and Sporting Director for Wexford Strategies.
Ben currently plays as a left wing-back for NIFL Premiership club Carrick Rangers.
Tilney has had previous spells with Portadown, Larne, Milton Keynes Dons, Brackley Town and Histon as well as a time playing for the U18 England National Team.
Ben is the founder and head coach for the CRFC Falcons Women's Football Program in Northern Ireland which has been promoted every year they have been in existence.
Ben provides sports management and representation services in the UK, EU and America.
Todd Sykes

Todd Sykes is a government relations and business development professional specializing in technology. Todd is the former President/CEO of the Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce. He also served as an aide to U.S. Senator Mel Martinez, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio and Florida's Chief Financial Officer, Jeff Atwater.
Todd is a graduate of Leadership Seminole Class 26 and served on their Board of Directors. He was recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as a Forty Under 40 nominee. He was nominated as a Kentucky Colonel for his service and accomplishments on behalf of others.
Todd is a graduate of Rollins College and Majored in Organizational Communication.
Scott Sturgill

Scott Sturgill is a government relations and business development professional specializing in technology. Scott is the former Board Chair of the Greater Sanford Regional Chamber of Commerce and he is also a former Board Chair for AdventHealth - Altamonte Springs. He also served as an advisor to Former Speaker John Boehner, Congressman Andy Barr and Congresswoman Sandy Adams.
Scott is a graduate of the Political Leadership Institute and holds a BA in Business Administration and a Minor in Political Science from Flagler College.
Scott resides in Sanford, FL with his daughters.
